Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Analyse market trends and provide insights to guide sales initiatives.
Oversee the preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts.
Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on sales activity and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Manager should have:

Proven experience in sales within the Offshore Services sector.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to analyse data and market trends effectively.
Experience managing client relationships and contracts.
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
