We defend product liability cases across the country, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, automobiles, consumer goods, industrial products, as well as mass and toxic tort. We also handle cases involving employment litigation, business torts, and general commercial litigation.

Job Details

We are looking for talented litigators of all experience levels who are ready to establish and/or grow their career in commercial litigation. We defend some of the largest manufacturers and corporations in the world but also small business owners in all types of litigation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in commercial litigation, products liability or employment law is preferred but not required.
• Active admission to the California State Bar.
• JD from an ABA accredited law school.
