Job Description

The Commercial Leasing Consultant is a crucial player in the real estate industry, responsible for managing the lease of commercial properties to clients. This role requires a blend of customer service, negotiation, and property management skills. The consultant works closely with property owners, managers, and potential lessees to facilitate successful lease agreements. A successful candidate will be well-versed in market trends, legal requirements, and have a knack for communication. They will effectively match clients’ business needs with appropriate commercial spaces, ensuring a seamless process from proposal to contract signing. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate property showings and tours with potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and managers.
  • Draft and negotiate lease agreements in accordance with industry regulations.
  • Manage records and documentation related to property leases and agreements.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on current commercial property trends.
  • Analyze client requirements and recommend suitable properties for leasing.
  • Facilitate communication between property owners and lease clients effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in leasing activities.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on leasing activities and opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and respond to their inquiries promptly.
  • Organize and participate in marketing initiatives to promote available commercial properties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in commercial property leasing or sales.
  • Strong understanding of lease agreements and property management regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills required.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Valid real estate agent or broker’s license is highly desirable.
