These brands include major international and regional names such as Time Out, Arabian Business, Harper’s Bazaar, Esquire and Grazia.

Esquire is the regions most established Mens Luxury Lifestyle publication spanning over 15 years and 90 years globally. It is looking for a commercial Intern to join its team immediately.

Requirements

• Developing content, tools and cooperation proposals for industry and seasonal events
  

• Defining criteria for event sponsorship, sourcing sponsor opportunities and proposing sponsor partners accordingly
  

• Creating presentations around activity concepts and content to serve for acquisition, discussion and inspiration of global brand partnerships
  

• Establishing, implementing and supporting brand events calendars, working and follow-up files for the teams
  

• Assisting the teams pre, during and post events (guest management, logistics, operations, communication, information and material management)
  

• Attending work events on behalf of the brand – includes evenings to generate leads
  

• Create minutes of meetings
  

• Providing outstanding communication and service through all related client-to-business communication channels (incl. phone, email, live-chat, social media) to meet the clients and consumer needs in today’s multi-connected world
  

• Creating comprehensive client overview for categories Fashion / Auto / Hospitality / Beauty / Travel / F&B / Health & Fitness
  

• It’s a versatile role that requires all support functionality for Esquire and the wider ITP Luxury Group commercial division.

• Immediate, full-time availability for a 6-month contract period
