Job Description

The Commercial Executive is a pivotal role within our organization, dealing with the coordination and management of commercial operations. In this capacity, the individual will be responsible for driving the sales and profitability of the company while ensuring compliance with policies and standards. You'll need a keen eye for market trends to help drive strategic decisions that optimize our market positioning. This role demands both strategic insight and hands-on expertise to manage customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and execute effective sales campaigns. As the bridge between clients and internal teams, the Commercial Executive will ensure that all commercial activities align with the company’s goals and objectives, fostering growth and sustainability in our business operations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with both new and existing clients effectively.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new sales leads and projects.
  • Maintain strong and positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with product and marketing teams to launch and promote products.
  • Prepare and present detailed commercial strategies and forecasts to senior management.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Manage budgetary objectives effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Ensure all sales operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee customer service operations to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with commercial initiatives and agreements.
  • Provide training and support to junior sales and marketing staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a commercial role with a strong track record in sales.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills for securing contracts.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and sales reports.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in understanding and applying commercial and financial principles.
