Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Commercial Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the commercial activities of our organization and assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies. The Commercial Executive will play a critical role in managing client accounts, coordinating sales efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a keen understanding of market trends, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to ensure profitability.
  • Manage and update client databases and client information logs regularly.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to align commercial activities with marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Contribute to the development of new product ideas and services.
  • Attend industry events and forums to enhance professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a commercial or sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and CRM software tools is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
