This position works out of our Dubai/Cologne location in the Abbott Rapid Diagnostics – Infectious Diseases

What Youll Do :
Implement and monitor Business Intelligence models for customer segmentation and targeting.
Drive Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives and educate the organization on SFE concepts.
Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisions.
Plan and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Own and manage sales incentive plans, including bonus design and calculations.
Provide competitive intelligence and insights to support business development and strategic planning.
Conduct gap analysis and propose new sales force strategies, including resource allocation and geographical deployment.
Lead productivity workshops and facilitate improvement action plans.
Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Marketing, Medical) to optimize processes and productivity.
Perform ongoing data analysis, benchmarking, and corrective action recommendations.
Required Qualifications :
BCom/BSc Degree
MBA desirable with preferred focus on Strategy, Marketing and Finance
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales roles.
Preferred Qualifications :
Seasoned experience in Sales and or Marketing
Relevant Experience in Commercial Excellence in Healthcare Industry preferably in Diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
Product/industry knowledge, technical/business acumen Business Knowledge
Strong project experience in Commercial Area
Full Understanding of the SFE principles is a must
Commercial Knowledge
IT Systems / Skills
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
