Job Purpose

dnata Airport Operations’ vast ground handling operations successfully service the major global hub that is Dubai International Airport. We deliver a seamless experience from check-in to baggage delivery for more than 80 million passenger and 140 scheduled airlines annually.

As a Commercial Engagement Coordinator you will, support dnata Commercial & Business Development department by engaging B2B customers and internal/external stakeholders through comprehensive communication campaigns under the direction of the Manager Commercial and with the support of Group Corporate Communication, Marketing & Brand.

In This Role, You Will

  • Plan
  • Design, plan and implement communication campaigns mapped to the different customer segments and stakeholders.
  • Personalise customer engagement through campaigns management.
  • Deploy
  • Manage outbound communication by sourcing contents in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft and deliver critical business communication through different channels in line with Corporate Communication strategy.
  • Lead
  • Develop any required marketing support as per the department strategy and in cooperation with Corporate Communication department to continuously promote our product offering demonstrating dnata as a leader in the industry.
  • Apply standards and requirements as per the brand guidelines.
  • Execute
  • Support internally the NPS/Customer survey communication to drive high responses and customer’s advocacy.
  • Manage customers engagement and invitation to corporate events, support on site as required.
  • Track expenditure associated with activities, ensuring costs are within budget and escalating any variances as appropriate.
  • Update and maintain Salesforce CRM with all relevant information pertaining to campaign management.
  • Support the department with responses to tenders as and when required.

Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) and experience in a communication/marketing role, ideally in a global organisation.
  • Experience in Digital campaign management for B2B.
  • Proficiency in English, written and oral.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software.
  • Customer-oriented approach
