Designation: Director - Commercial Sales, Newton

Office Location: Dubai, UAE

Position Description: We are looking for a senior commercial leader to build and scale Ultra and Newton's agency business across the region. This role will own strategic agency relationships, lead revenue growth, and drive the commercial strategy for two high-growth performance marketing businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Revenue Leadership

• Own the commercial strategy and agency revenue growth for Ultra and Newton in the region.
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with senior leaders across major agency groups.
• Drive large and complex commercial opportunities from prospecting through closure.
• Set the direction for agency growth, revenue planning, pipeline development, and forecasting.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities.

Strategic Partnerships

• Develop senior-level relationships with key agency holding groups and strategic partners.
• Position Ultra and Newton as preferred partners for performance-led mobile advertising solutions.
• Lead high-value negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Create long-term account growth strategies for key agency partnerships.

Business & Cross-functional Leadership

• Work closely with Product, Client Success, Operations, and leadership teams to align commercial priorities with business delivery.
• Bring market intelligence and customer feedback into product and business discussions.
• Support and mentor the commercial team while helping build a strong sales culture.

What We're Looking For

• 10–15 years of experience in senior commercial or agency sales roles within AdTech,
• Digital Advertising, Performance Marketing, or Media.
• Strong senior-level relationships across major media agencies and agency holding groups.
• Demonstrated track record of building and scaling revenue in a regional or international market.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large deals and strategic partnerships.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in mobile advertising, performance marketing, or a global AdTech business will be strongly preferred.
