The Role

We are looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager (Sales) to support our sales team by reviewing, redlining, and managing Terms of Business and commercial agreements during the sales process. Supporting the sales team in reviewing and redlining commercial agreements during the deal cycle

This role is focused on speed, accuracy, and commercial practicality, helping the sales team close deals efficiently while ensuring contractual protections remain in place.

The ideal candidate will be UAE-based (Dubai preferred) and experienced in handling high volumes of contract amendments and negotiations in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Review & Redlining

  • Review and amend Terms of Business, service agreements, and commercial contracts.
  • Redline prospect-requested changes while protecting company interests.
  • Ensure contract terms remain commercially viable while accommodating reasonable client requests.

Sales Support

  • Work closely with the sales team to support contract queries during deal cycles.
  • Provide guidance on acceptable amendments and escalation points.
  • Maintain consistency in contract language and approved clauses.

High-Volume Contract Processing

  • Handle approximately 5–10 contract reviews per day, often involving recurring amendment requests.
  • Build a library of pre-approved responses and clause alternatives to speed up negotiations.

Contract Governance

  • Ensure all agreements align with company policies and commercial risk guidelines.
  • Track contract changes and maintain documentation for internal records.

Requirements

Must Have

  • Experience reviewing commercial contracts or Terms of Business.
  • Background as a Contracts Manager, Paralegal, or Commercial Legal Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contract language and risk considerations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting sales teams or commercial negotiations.
  • Background working with SaaS, consulting, or services agreements.
  • Based in Dubai / UAE or willing to relocate.
  • Legal education or paralegal qualification.

Ideal Candidate

  • Commercially minded rather than purely legal.
  • Comfortable making practical contract decisions quickly.
  • Able to handle repetitive contract amendments efficiently.
  • Works well with sales teams and fast deal cycles.
