Job purpose:
About the Role Paymob UAE is looking for a motivated Commercial Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for a Business Administration student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in commercial operations within a fast-growing fintech environment. You will work closely with the commercial team and gain practical exposure to how a payments company drives revenue, manages profitability, and builds scalable business cases.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market and competitor research across the fintech and payments landscape
• Support data analysis and commercial reporting
• Contribute to merchant acquisition and retention initiatives
• Maintain and update commercial and partnership performance trackers and dashboards
• Prepare partnership proposals, materials, and documentation
• Track partnership opportunities, pipelines, and follow-ups
• Support cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations
  
  
  

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Strong Excel and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
