We're one of the fastest-growing companies in cybersecurity, and we're scaling our Commercial motion across EMEA. We're looking for a driven Commercial Account Executive to own new business across the META Region.

The Opportunity

This is a high-velocity, high-volume role for someone who wants to run their own book of business and win. You'll manage a full-cycle pipeline of small-to-mid-market accounts, moving fast from first conversation to closed deal. It's a launchpad role: strong performers build the skills, track record, and relationships to grow into Enterprise, Mid-Market Leadership, or beyond.

What You'll Do

• Own Your Pipeline Prospect, qualify, and close new business across a defined book of commercial accounts in the META Region.
• Move Fast Run efficient, high-velocity sales cycles - from first touch to signed deal - with a focus on volume and speed to close.
• Sell Value, Not Just Features Understand customer environments quickly and position Upwind's platform against real, immediate needs.
• Build Your Fundamentals Master core sales skills - discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and forecasting - with hands-on coaching from sales leadership.
• Team Up to Win Work closely with Sales Engineering and Marketing to keep your pipeline full and your deals moving.
• Track Record, Built in Real Time Keep Salesforce sharp and current - accurate pipeline hygiene is part of how you'll be coached and how you'll grow.
  
  

• Proven closing experience in SaaS or tech sales, cybersecurity, cloud or DevOps
• Hunter mentality - comfortable prospecting and building your own pipeline
• Speed and discipline - able to manage a high volume of deals without losing rigor
• Sharp communication - confident, clear, and persuasive across calls, demos, and email
• Coachability - hungry to learn and open to feedback
