Job Description

The Commercial Account Executive is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring client satisfaction through comprehensive service offerings. This position serves as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, identifying their business needs and aligning them with the company's products and solutions. The Commercial Account Executive will strategically develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets while fostering long-term partnerships with clients. This role demands an adept communicator with a deep understanding of market trends and the ability to navigate complex negotiations. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to meet or exceed sales goals, contribute to company revenue, and expand the customer base.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with commercial clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets and sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit margins and sales revenue.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client requirements.
  • Provide regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market feedback.
  • Resolve client issues and challenges promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance company visibility.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Proven work experience as a Commercial Account Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage high-value contracts successfully.
  • Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and principles.
  • Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
