Summary-

The Colleague Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of an outlet within a companys premises that caters specifically to employees, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Job Responsibility-

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the colleague outlet, including managing staff, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Ensure that all products and services offered meet company standards and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue for the outlet.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure high performance levels.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and financial transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote the outlets offerings to employees.
  
  

• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
