Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Roaster to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of roasting techniques.. You will be responsible for roasting Nuts to meet our high-quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every batch.

Job Responsibilities

• Roast beans to meet quality standards.
• Operate and maintain roasting equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of each roast.
• Ensure consistency and excellence in every batch.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
• Conduct quality control tests on roasted beans.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Adjust roasting profiles based on feedback and results.
• Maintain a clean and organized roasting area.
  
  

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Based or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
