The CNC Machine Operator is a critical role within our manufacturing team, responsible for creating precision parts and instruments by operating and maintaining Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines. This technical position requires a deep understanding of machinery, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess substantial skills in machine operation and programming, with the ability to interpret complex blueprints and schematics. Our CNC Machine Operator will collaborate closely with engineers and production staff to ensure the timely completion of high-quality components. Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines for precision manufacturing tasks.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.
• Ensure machines are operating optimally by performing regular maintenance checks.
• Adjust machine settings to match material properties and specifications precisely.
• Monitor the CNC machines during operation to detect and fix any malfunctions.
• Inspect and measure finished products, using precision measuring tools and instruments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Document operational procedures and update production records accurately and timely.
• Continuously seek improvements in efficiency, productivity, and quality of outputs.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Provide training and guidance to new operators or junior team members as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred for this role.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar technical position.
• Strong understanding of various CNC machinery and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and precise measuring tools and equipment.
• Solid communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team setup.
