Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager At InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay Operational And Kimpton Sevn Dubai Pre-Opening

At InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay & Kimpton Sevn Dubai, we are seeking a Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager to lead talent acquisition across two distinctive luxury and lifestyle brands.

 

This role is for a strategic, hands-on Talent Acquisition professional who understands that exceptional hospitality begins with exceptional people. You will lead recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, support pre-opening requirements, and partner with leaders to ensure we attract the right talent at the right time.

The cluster combines the refined residential luxury of InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay with the bold, lifestyle-driven energy of Kimpton Sevn Dubai.

You will shape the talent pipeline across both properties while balancing workforce requirements, brand culture, business priorities, and market conditions.

You will manage the recruitment lifecycle from approved requisition through onboarding, supporting operational, supervisory, management, specialist, and leadership hiring.

You will also play a key role in Kimpton Sevn Dubais pre-opening recruitment, ensuring manpower plans and hiring milestones are achieved on time.

 

What Youll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across both properties.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Support high-volume and pre-opening recruitment activities.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Track recruitment performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Ensure recruitment practices align with company standards, UAE labor legislation, and local employment requirements.

 

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Previous hotel pre-opening recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of the UAE talent market and employment legislation.
• Skilled in sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and employer branding.
• Organized, proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about people.
