We are currently looking for a Cluster Shift Supervisor.

• Supervise and coordinate daily engineering and maintenance activities
• Lead and manage engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure preventive maintenance is completed
• Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or operational problems
• Enforce workplace safety policies and engineering standards
• Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other departments
• Train and support engineering team members
• Monitor inventory and order engineering materials or spare parts
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company procedures
  
  

Experience

• Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property required
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage
  
  

Requirement

• Proven work experience as a Shift Supervisor
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
