We are looking for an experienced Cluster Plumber to efficiently undertake a variety of plumbing tasks ranging from fixing leakages to installing pipes and HVAC systems.

• Familiarize with the design and layout of all guest rooms & public areas.
• Performs tasks of PPM in the guest rooms and public areas
• Ability to establish good working relationships with other technical and
  
  

• Report any unusual findings or safety hazards immediately to the DOE
• Install and maintain heating systems
• Install and maintain water supply systems
• Liaise with contractors and assist with fitting bathrooms
• Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)
• Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.
• Repair domestic appliances (e.g. washing machines) and fixtures
  
  

• Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems (air-conditioning units,
  
  

• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
  
  

• Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury
  
  

• Pre-opening experience is an advantage
  
  

• Proven work experience as a Plumber
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well
