Taaleem is seeking a dynamic and strategic Cluster Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across our schools. If youre passionate about education, creative marketing, and driving impactful campaigns, this is your opportunity to make a difference.


Job Purpose:


  • Overall responsibility for shaping and implementing all lead generation plans and activities that support successful customer acquisition to all Taaleem Schools
  • Overseeing and delivering our Schools’ specific marketing plans
  • Creation, delivery and evaluation of operational marketing plans supported by a team of 3 Marketing Executives and 1 Marketing Assistant
  • Responsibility for all marketing channels, across Taaleem Corporate and all Dubai Schools verticals
  • Bring innovative ideas to showcase Taaleem & its schools brands, and drive enrolments to Taaleem Schools.
  • Understanding of the competitive environment, customer needs and the ability to work creatively and lead with strategic goals in mind
  • Support the Corporate Communications and Investor Relations Marketing Efforts

Who Are We Looking For?


Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or Professional Marketing qualification, or relevant professional requirement


Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a similar strategic and operational role
  • Ability to plan, organise and lead projects, driving activity to completion while managing detail, and reporting on progress to date
  • Sound understanding of the business issues associated with project delivery, including delivery to budget and time in order to achieve strategic goals
  • Preferred experience ideally within education institution
  • Demonstrable negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders, essential to successfully manage marketing agencies
  • Able to use professional knowledge and experience to identify issues, trends and problems and manage resources towards those goals


Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and editing
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
  • Interpersonal skills, able to operate in a multi-cultural environment
  • Solid time management skills, the ability to multi-task and cope with peaks of demand.
  • Computer literate, including all social media platforms
