• Shadowing and observation – learning day-to-day operations of the department.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Simphony Cloud – Updating Menus, Workstation Config, Printer setup.
• Assisting with on-going projects.
• IPTV configuration.
• PC/ Laptop Troubleshooting.
• Installing Windows.
• Telephone line troubleshooting.
• Document filing.
• WiFi troubleshooting.
• Supporting daily operations.
• Updating Microsoft Security patches.
• Opera – installation, creating users, Basic troubleshooting.
• Assisting for Guest requests.
• Handling User issues.
• SUN – Basic troubleshooting.
• Checking daily Backups.
• Invoice Posting.
• Checking Server room.
• Handling QMS requests.
  
  

Essential:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality, Business, or a related field from a university affiliated with the IHG Academy.
• Good understanding of core hotel operations and True Hospitality service skills
