Are you an experienced operations leader with a passion for driving excellence in education? Taaleem is seeking a Cluster Head of Business Operations to oversee and manage the operational functions of a designated cluster of schools.

Job Purpose

The Head of Business Operations (HOBO) is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational functions of a designated cluster of schools within the organization. The role ensures that all operational, financial, and compliance activities align with the strategic direction set by the Group Head of Operations. The HOBO will work closely with school Principals, school Operations Managers, and Central Operations teams to maintain operational excellence, compliance, and financial efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience: Minimum 3 years in an operational management role, preferably within education or a related service industry.

Experience in procurement, budget management, compliance, and contract management.
