As Cluster Corporate Sales Manager, you will lead, mentor, and inspire a corporate sales team while managing key accounts and building new partnerships. You will translate market intelligence into actionable strategies and ensure commercial success across both properties.

Reporting to the Cluster Commercial Director, the Cluster Corporate Sales Manager will oversee corporate sales strategy, team development, and key account management across two pre-opening and operational hotels.

  • The Strategy: Lead corporate sales execution, negotiated rate programs, and partnership initiatives

Your Day-to-Day

Every day offers something new, but you’ll often be focused on:

Corporate Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute corporate sales strategies across both hotels
  • Identify new corporate business opportunities and maintain strong key account relationships
  • Oversee negotiated agreements, corporate rate programs, and long-term partnerships
  • Align corporate sales activities with revenue and marketing strategies

Pre-Opening Support (Kimpton Sevn)

  • Introduce Kimpton Sevn Dubai to corporate accounts ahead of opening
  • Drive early corporate partnerships and pre-opening business programs
  • Participate in client visits, networking events, and promotional activities

Commercial Collaboration

  • Work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Operations, and Marketing teams
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and booking patterns to inform strategy
  • Support reporting, forecasting, and budget planning for corporate business

Market Presence

  • Represent the hotels at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings
  • Maintain visibility and relationships within Dubai’s corporate travel market
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador to corporate clients

What We Need From You

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in corporate sales or commercial leadership roles within luxury or lifestyle hotels
  • Experience managing corporate teams and key account portfolios
  • Proven track record in corporate account growth, negotiated business, and market development
  • Pre-opening hotel experience is strongly preferred
