Operational & Pre-Opening Role

At InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay and Kimpton Sevn Dubai, we are looking for a Cluster Corporate Sales Executive who is passionate about building relationships, discovering new opportunities, and supporting the growth of our corporate business across two exceptional brands.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys connecting with people, understanding business travel needs, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Working as Cluster Corporate Sales Executive means supporting corporate business development across two dynamic hotels while building your commercial career within a global hospitality brand.

Reporting to the Cluster Commercial Director, this role supports the execution of corporate sales strategies across both properties.

  • The Strategy: Support corporate account management and negotiated rate programs

Your Day-to-Day

Every day offers something new, but you’ll often be focused on:

Corporate Sales Support

  • Support the Cluster Commercial Director in executing corporate sales strategies across both properties
  • Support the development of new corporate opportunities and client relationships
  • Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and negotiated rate agreements
  • Coordinate corporate proposals, agreements, and follow-ups
  • Support rate loading, negotiated agreements, and corporate pricing coordination in alignment with revenue strategy

Client Engagement

  • Conduct introductory calls and follow-up meetings with corporate clients
  • Support hotel site inspections and presentations for prospective accounts
  • Build relationships with travel coordinators, office managers, and corporate bookers
  • Ensure clients receive timely responses and exceptional service

Pre-Opening Support (Kimpton Sevn)

  • Assist in introducing Kimpton Sevn Dubai to the corporate travel market
  • Support corporate sales outreach and partnership development during pre-opening
  • Participate in client visits, networking events, and promotional activities
  • Help build awareness and early corporate demand for the hotel

Commercial Coordination

  • Work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure seamless commercial coordination
  • Support reporting, account tracking, and sales performance monitoring
  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate data management
  • Share market insights and competitor information with the commercial team

Market Presence

  • Attend networking events, client meetings, and trade events when required
  • Maintain awareness of corporate travel trends and competitor activity
  • Represent the hotels with professionalism and brand integrity

What We Need From You

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, corporate sales support, or hospitality commercial roles
  • Experience within luxury, lifestyle, or international hotel brands is an advantage
  • Familiarity with corporate account management and negotiated rates preferred
  • Pre-opening hotel experience is an advantage but not required
