The Clinic Supervisor is a vital role that involves overseeing the daily operations of a healthcare facility to ensure seamless functioning and delivery of services. Responsibilities

  • Ensure availability and proper use of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Report on clinic performance and operational metrics to senior management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage confidential patient information securely.
  • Cultivate a supportive environment for staff development and engagement.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory role in healthcare.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of clinic operations and healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the capability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various operational tasks.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with staff and patients.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health record systems.
