Job Description

A Clinic Manager (Arabic Speaker) is a pivotal leadership role within healthcare facilities catering to Arabic-speaking communities or regions. Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of clinic staff.
  • Liaise with medical professionals to align clinical practice with strategic goals.
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records and confidentiality as per the law.
  • Facilitate effective communication between patients, medical staff, and administrative teams.
  • Prepare and manage the clinic’s budget to achieve financial objectives.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining medical supplies.
  • Implement patient satisfaction strategies to enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Work collaboratively with external entities and stakeholders to support clinic services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting is required.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask and oversee multiple functions and staff effectively.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare software.
