Job Description

The Clinic Manager at 19N40 plays a pivotal role in the seamless operations and efficiency of the healthcare facility. Responsibilities

  • Manage the clinic budget, control expenditures, and optimize financial performance.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with staff, patients, and external partners.
  • Prepare reports on clinic performance, patient volumes, and financial data for upper management review.
  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure efficient use of technology in clinical operations.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in strategy development and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare management or clinic operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and accreditation standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational excellence and patient satisfaction.
