What we are looking to hire:

We’re looking for someone from a strong ad-tech or programmatic advertising background who understands the full campaign lifecycle—from setup to optimization to performance analysis . You should be comfortable working across channels such as display video, Meta and CTV, managing client relationships, and driving measurable outcomes through data-led decisions, while identifying opportunities to grow revenue within your accounts .


Primary Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Campaign Ownership – Own the full lifecycle of programmatic campaign s, from setup and execution to optimization and post-campaign analysis, ensuring strong performance against client KPIs.
  • Client Relationship Management – Manage post-sales relationships for a portfolio of travel advertisers, driving client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships through consistent engagement and value delivery .
  • Campaign Performance & Optimization – Monitor delivery, analyze performance data, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign outcomes and maximize ROI.
  • Revenue Growth & Account Expansion – Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across products and channels to grow account revenue .
  • Cross-Functional Execution & Operations – Collaborate with AdOps and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery, troubleshoot issues, manage reporting and business reviews, and oversee billing coordination .
  • Performance Reporting & Business Reviews – Lead regular client reporting, including campaign performance updates and strategic business reviews, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations .
  • Campaign Delivery & Troubleshooting – Proactively monitor campaign delivery, identify gaps or issues, and implement timely solutions to ensure consistent performance and client satisfaction .


Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem , including programmatic buying, DSPs, and campaign lifecycle
  • Familiarity with DSP platforms such as DV360, Xandr, or The Trade Desk
  • Understanding of key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Awareness of audience targeting, segmentation, and attribution models
  • Basic understanding of campaign tracking, reporting, and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with travel and hospitality industry dynamics is a plus


Skills

  • Strong expertise in programmatic advertising and campaign management
  • Proficiency in DSP platforms such as DV360, Xandr, or The Trade Desk
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance optimization
  • Effective client management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to identify and drive upsell and revenue growth opportunities
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, AdOps , and internal teams
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking across multiple accounts
  • Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, G Suite, and MS Office tools
  • Additional language proficiency (including Arabic) is a plus, but not must have
