Job Description

Manage and nurture client relationships by addressing queries and concerns effectively.
Provide comprehensive client support to ensure a seamless banking experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Analyse client feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Servicing professional should have:

A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as finance, business administration, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly banking and financial services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used within the banking sector.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
A commitment to providing exceptional client service.
