Job Description

The Client Services Manager 21N25 plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients and our company, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires a strategic thinker with the capability to manage and oversee the customer service operations while also leading a team of dedicated customer service professionals. A successful Client Services Manager will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a passion for improving the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resilient under pressure, and adept at handling complex challenges. You will be responsible for establishing efficient processes, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the company's financial performance by fostering long-term client partnerships.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for delivering high-quality client service experiences.
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the client services team.
  • Foster and maintain strong and trusting relationships with key clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for escalation of client issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve and optimize client service processes.
  • Track client satisfaction metrics and propose continuous service improvements.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the team to enhance service delivery skills.
  • Analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancements and innovations.
  • Prepare and present detailed client service reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all client interactions.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Manage budget allocation for client service operations and resource planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in client services or related role needed.
  • Proven track record of successful client relationship management required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve client service strategies.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving service goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools.
