Job Description

The role of a Client Service Executive is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships between the company and its clients. Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and implement improvements.

  • Assist in the training of junior staff on client handling and service protocols.

  • Assist in developing policies and strategies to enhance the client experience.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and compliance policies in all client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service role or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • A dedicated team player with a client-focused approach to work.
