Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of client services and solutions.
  • Identify client needs and cross-sell company products and services to enhance their business solutions.
  • Monitor client feedback and facilitate constructive communication between clients and company teams.
  • Resolve complex client issues effectively, employing a strategic and empathetic approach.
  • Prepare detailed reports on client interactions and service performance for management review.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and explore additional service opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to inform service improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all client interactions.
  • Provide training and coaching to junior staff members to enhance client service standards.
  • Contribute to the development of service strategies aligned with business goals and client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in client service or related role is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a strategic and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and client service tools is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on customer service and performance improvement.
