Job Description

The Client Service Agent 21N25 is a critical member of our customer support team, responsible for maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. This role involves direct interaction with clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they might face with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and a knack for problem-solving. As a Client Service Agent, you will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that our clients continue to have a positive experience with our organization. A detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment will excel in this position, as managing multiple client queries and maintaining accuracy in responses is key to success.


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns via various communication channels.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Document and track client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest potential improvements in our services.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client problems swiftly.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Handle client complaints professionally and guide them toward a positive resolution.
  • Provide feedback to management on areas for improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures in all client interactions.
  • Assist in developing and updating client service procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related client-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with an inherent willingness to assist clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends as required by client demand.
