Job Description

The Client Relationship Executive plays a crucial role in an organization by managing and maintaining the relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and growth. This professional serves as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, providing clients with timely and informative solutions to their needs while communicating their feedback to the relevant internal teams. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns efficiently.
  • Provide clients with product information and insights to support their business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements and expectations are met.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell services to existing clients.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to discuss their business goals and feedback.
  • Track and analyze client interactions to improve service and satisfaction levels.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing new opportunities or updates.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and the company's project team.
  • Handle escalated issues promptly, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor contract renewals and assist in negotiation processes to retain clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in a CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or relevant customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other client management tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations effectively.
  • Willingness to travel or meet clients at their convenience as required.
