The NET-A-PORTER Group are now seeking a talented Client Relations & Events Manager to join the NET-A-PORTER team based in Dubai. You will be responsible for driving client acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty across the MENA region. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Location: Dubai

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (4 days in office, 1 day at home)

Contract: Permanent

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

• Develop and deliver the regional client development strategy across acquisition, retention and loyalty.
• Identify and engage high-potential and HNW clients through networking, referrals and luxury communities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, creating personalised experiences based on their preferences and interests.
• Host clients at exclusive events, private appointments, brand activations and luxury experiences.
• Plan and deliver a calendar of high-end events and experiences alongside the Events team.
• Build strong relationships with luxury brand partners to create exclusive client opportunities.
• Represent NET-A-PORTER at key luxury, cultural and lifestyle events across the region.
• Provide regional insights to support global marketing, PR, editorial, talent and influencer activity.
• Partner with Personal Shoppers to drive client engagement, loyalty and relationship development.
• Track client and event performance, using data and insights to drive commercial growth.

The type of person we are looking for:

• 7+ years’ experience in luxury retail, personal shopping, clienteling or relationship management.
• Strong understanding of HNW clients and their expectations, behaviours and motivations.
• An established network of luxury contacts across the MENA region.
• Strong knowledge of the MENA luxury landscape and affluent client communities.
• Proven experience delivering high-end luxury events and experiences.
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded, with experience using data to drive client growth and retention.
• A confident and engaging ambassador for a leading luxury brand.
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, with strong cultural awareness and knowledge of the MENA market.
