Job Description

As a Client Relation Executive in the IT sector, particularly for the company denoted by 27N25, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing relationships with our clients. Your primary aim will be to understand their needs and align them with our technological offerings, thereby ensuring utmost client satisfaction and loyalty. You will collaborate closely with clients to address their concerns, explore solutions, and provide strategic suggestions to enhance their experience with our products and services. Your interpersonal skills, combined with your technical know-how, will be critical in building robust relationships and driving business growth. By being the bridge between our clients and our technical teams, you will help manage expectations and ensure smooth communication and service delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and efficient response to client queries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of client issues.
  • Identify upsell opportunities based on understanding client business challenges.
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings and check-ins with clients.
  • Develop client relations strategies to improve business outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals as needed.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of status reports for client projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of discussions with clients for future reference.
  • Assist clients in understanding and maximizing the use of IT solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in client service or account management roles.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about client needs.
  • Familiarity with IT products and services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
