Job Description

As a Client Relations Executive specializing in the IT sector, you will be the primary liaison between our clients and our organization, ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality service and a commitment to growing the client relationship. Your role is pivotal in understanding client needs, managing expectations, and delivering solutions that align with our company's capabilities and goals. The position requires a blend of excellent communication skills, detailed understanding of IT services or products, and the ability to manage multiple accounts. Working closely with various departments, you will translate client needs into actionable solutions, ensuring a seamless client experience and fostering long-term business relationships within the IT domain.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Understand and anticipate client needs to tailor IT solutions effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure onboarding processes for new clients are smooth and informative.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals that align with client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate account records and client communications in the CRM system.
  • Monitor and analyze client satisfaction and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in IT services and technologies.
  • Participate in client reviews to report on progress and gather feedback.
  • Support marketing team efforts to promote new IT solutions and services to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, preferably in IT.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex client issues with effective solutions.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software tools and database management techniques.
  • Understanding of IT industry trends and a technical aptitude in IT solutions.
