Job Description

As a Client Relation Executive in the IT sector, your primary role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the company's services. You will act as the bridge between the client and the company, understanding their needs and concerns and ensuring that these are communicated effectively to the relevant internal teams. Your ability to foresee potential challenges and proactively address them will be key in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty. You will also be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and support to clients, helping to expand the client base and increase the company's reputation within the industry.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery on client needs.
  • Monitor service trends and work to improve client satisfaction levels.
  • Identify opportunities to expand company services and penetrate deeper into client accounts.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client status and feedback to management.
  • Assist clients with understanding the technical aspects of IT services provided.
  • Facilitate client feedback loops to inform product development and innovation.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to foster relationships and gather insights.
  • Mediate conflicts and negotiate with clients to reach favorable outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in client interactions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive campaign success and new client acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the IT sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and office productivity tools.
  • Analytical skills to assess data and trends, providing actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client issues.
