Job Description

As a Client Relations Executive in the IT sector, you will be at the forefront of managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. Your primary role will be to understand client needs and ensure our services align with their expectations and business goals. You will serve as the bridge between our technical teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction. This role requires an individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, combined with a deep understanding of IT products and services. You will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver outstanding client service, driving client retention and trust in our brand.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the IT sector.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of IT services to clients.
  • Identify client needs and propose appropriate IT solutions customized for them.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal technical teams.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing our IT capabilities and services.
  • Collect client feedback to improve future IT service offerings and client strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients while ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Track and report on client status, progress, and relationship development.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expanding IT services with clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance client engagement strategies.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review their IT service experiences and needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, ideally within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve client issues proactively.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for client management.
