What are we expecting from you?

  • Act as the UAE liaison for Client Experience & Treatment, ensuring consistent deployment of regional strategies and Maison standards.
  • Coordinate and execute client experience and omnichannel initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive client engagement through tailored treatment actions, VIP experiences, and local partnerships.
  • Oversee gifting programs and client tools, ensuring effective targeting, distribution, and tracking.
  • Monitor budgets and operations, including expense tracking, purchase orders, and process coordination.
