Marsh UAE is seeking a driven and client-focused **Client Executive, General Lines – Assistant Vice President
This is a great opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to manage a portfolio of corporate clients, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and support the delivery of tailored risk and insurance solutions that help clients achieve their business objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Strategy & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
- Support strategic discussions to understand client needs, risks, and priorities.
- Conduct gap analyses on client accounts to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Help develop account strategies that support client retention, revenue growth, and long-term partnership.
- Contribute to Marsh’s reputation as a trusted advisor and help protect accounts from competitor activity.
Client Service & Operational Excellence
- Manage a portfolio of Mid & upper-corporate clients across multiple industry sectors.
- Support the design and implementation of effective risk management and insurance programmes.
- Assist with renewal planning and ensure timely delivery of service commitments.
- Manage day-to-day client servicing, resolving issues efficiently and escalating where needed.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including risk consultants, Health & Benefits, and other specialist teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, filing protocols, and service standards.
- Support invoicing, administration, and credit control matters related to client accounts.
Commercial & Financial Responsibility
- Contribute to retention, new business, and revenue growth targets.
- Identify and support cross-sell opportunities across Marsh and MMC solutions.
- Maintain awareness of revenue generated from client accounts.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities in line with business policies.
- Help strengthen Marsh’s broader client relationships through a consultative and commercially aware approach.
What We’re Looking For
- University degree.
- 6–8 years of insurance experience, ideally within a multinational environment.
- Strong experience in large corporate general lines insurance.
- UAE market experience is an advantage.
- Arabic language skills are preferred.
