Architecture Frameworks
- Strong mastery of TOGAF and/or Capgemini’s Integrated Architecture Framework (IAF).
- Ability to apply architecture principles across Business, Information, Application, Technology, Security, and Governance domains.
- Skilled in crafting enterprise‑wide blueprints, architecture visions, and architecture assessments.
As a Client Chief Architect (CCA), you will lead the end‑to‑end architecture and technology vision and strategy for a major Metals & Mining account. Acting as a primary trusted advisor to senior client technology and business leadership, you will shape, direct, and ensure the delivery of sustainable, innovative, and business‑aligned technology solutions across the entire lifecycle — from pre‑project shaping to delivery and run.
He will operate across cultures, countries, regions (mostly Middle East, South Asia, and Europe) and
Supproting Business Lines (Invent, Engineering, CIS, I&D, DCX, PBS, GADM, C&CA, Testing…).
He will be based in Dubai, with an expectation to work on client site and entertain close client relationships and work closely with the GCP (Group Client Partner) and GCDP (Group Client Delivery Partner).
The role combines strategic foresight, applied innovation, architecture governance, trust building, and account growth, ensuring Capgemini delivers exceptional value as a proactive, technology‑forward partner.
Required Qualifications
Job Description - Grade Specific
- 12+ years in architecture leadership roles across enterprise and solution domains.
- Experience leading architecture in large, complex accounts, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or heavy‑industry sectors.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and portfolio awareness.
- Internally certified L2+.
- Interested in history, culture, civilization, and languages. Arabic speaker is a big plus.
- TOGAF, IAF or equivalent architecture certification.
- Demonstrated track record in innovation leadership, solution governance, and account growth.
Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of IT/OT integration, manufacturing systems, and industrial platforms.
- Sectorial expertise in Manufacturing, Automotive, Life Sciences. Metals and Mining, and/or Heavy Industry segment is a plus.
- Experience across cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP), integration platforms, APIs, microservices, and modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks).
- Strong familiarity with cybersecurity, compliance, and data governance.
- Knowledge of automation, DevOps, Agile, and hybrid cloud operating models.
- Ability to assess solution feasibility, performance, scalability, operability, and security end‑to‑end.
