Our team values collaboration, empathy, and growth, and we are looking for a Client Care Advisor (CCA) who shares those values to join us at the front desk.

The Role

As a CCA, you are the first smile our clients and their pets see. You will keep things running smoothly at the front desk, making every visit feel welcoming and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients (both the two-legged and four-legged kinds!).
• Answer phones, emails, and other communications with kindness and professionalism.
• Schedule appointments, surgeries, and follow-ups accurately, helping manage the daily flow.
• Maintain client and patient records with attention to detail.
• Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
• Provide information and resources to pet owners with empathy and clarity.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure efficient daily workflow.
• Support the clinical team with admin tasks so they can focus on patient care.
• Keep the reception area clean, calm and pet-friendly.
