Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a client advisor or similar customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and propose suitable product solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
