  • Provide detailed reports on client activities, sales, and transactions to management.
  • Stay updated with industry developments to ensure clients receive the best advice possible.
  • Organize and facilitate client meetings, presenting in a clear and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to help design and implement client-focused campaigns.
  • Analyze client data to identify new sales and partnership opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or client advisory roles is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other client management tools efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
