Job Description

Strategy, Policy and Procedure

·     Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

·     Dealing confidentially with all information related to work to protect the interests of the EP and its activities.

Receivable Duties

·     Receive checks from the Payments Department and ensure the accuracy of their information and notify the concerned parties.

·     Communicate with beneficiaries to collect checks from them.

·     Hand over the checks and obtain a sealed receipt from the client to ensure the rights of the group.

·     Distribute checks belonging to employees according to their respective regions.

·     Enter check delivery data into the Oracle system and periodically update it to ensure the accuracy of cash settlement.

·     Familiarize oneself with the financial systems followed in the group and the managerial decisions issued, whether from the Payments Department or senior management, and understand the procedures involved, keeping abreast of any modifications.

Continuous Improvement

·     Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Health, Safety & Environment

·     Ensure equipment and individual compliance follow the standards of Health, safety and security in the EP and other locations in which he operates.

Other Tasks

·     Perform any other responsibilities relating to this job request or work task as allocated by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Knowledge:

·     High School degree or equivalent.

Experience:

·     1-3 years of experience in Finance operations, finalized a clearance transaction and deliver Checks internally and externally.

Job Specific Skills (Technical Competencies):

·     Time management and organizational skills.

·     Knowledge in computer skills.

·     Good in written and verbal communications skills.
