Job Description

• Ensures functionality of spare and wear parts management process
• Receives and releases non-production materials from spare parts warehouse
• Ensures the release on time and correct spare parts
• Records the delivery notes and invoices
• Ensures accuracy of stocks
• Performs regular stock take in spare parts warehouse
• Monitors delivery of spare parts by suppliers
• Monitors and reports of spare parts consumption, stock, and slow-moving stock
• Supports in data collection and analysis for spare parts management process
• Prepares all specific documents for spare parts management process
