The position of Civil Supervisor is pivotal in ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to specified standards. As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction sites, managing project schedules, and coordinating with various stakeholders including contractors and engineers. You will ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, while also providing technical expertise and leadership to your team. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations at construction sites to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and architects for seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work performed.

• Order and manage construction materials to prevent delays and maintain efficiency.

• Monitor and ensure the use of appropriate construction techniques and methodologies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and building codes is essential.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Certification or degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
