Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Sr. Planning Engineer to lead planning activities for their high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and delay analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6
• Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and progress reports
• Conduct delay analysis and prepare EOT claims
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Review and update project schedules to reflect changes and progress
• Provide planning and scheduling support for project teams
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• 10-12 years of construction planning experience
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
• Solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts, EOTs, and delay analysis
• Experience on large-scale building/high-rise projects
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
