Civil Finishing Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Civil Finishing Engineer to manage and oversee finishing and interior works for luxury private villa projects in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-end residential finishing, excellent coordination skills, and a deep understanding of quality standards in the UAE construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all finishing works including marble, woodwork, joinery, painting, tiling, and decorative elements.
• Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections, ensure adherence to design and quality standards, and maintain high workmanship levels.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently to prevent delays and rework.
• Prepare progress reports and assist in project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and other relevant regulations.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in finishing works for luxury villas in the UAE or GCC region.
• Proven interior and finishing experience in private villa projects.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of high-end materials, finishes, and modern construction techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
